Overview and History
The Forum is held bi-annually and offers an informal atmosphere with meetings dedicated to the exchange of information about developments and events, as well as an opportunity to meet one-on-one with industry representatives and other community leaders.
Vision
To build a better community where the community is proud of local industries and the whole community feels safe.
Purpose
The purpose of the Forum is to build a bridge of understanding between local industries and the community.
Our Values – how we will work together
We will work together to promote:
- Open communication between all stakeholders;
- Informed discussion of issues to identify the problem;
- An environment that fosters mutual respect and understanding;
- Trust and openness between industries, Government agencies and the broader community.
When/where held
The Forums are normally held twice a year in the Ken Jackman Hall at the Darius Wells Library & Resource Centre in Kwinana, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Refer to the Calendar of Events for further information.
